Update or Change Your Plan

Once you are in your Billing Portal, you can update or change your subscription. (See Access your Billing Portal)

  1. In the billing portal, click Update Subscription.
  2. Select the new tier you would like to have (Small, Medium, Large) and interval (Monthly, Yearly).
  3. Make a payment if you are changing to a more expensive tier. If changing to a lower tier, you will be credited for the remaining balance on the higher tier.

Notes:

  • Upgrades usually take effect immediately and prorated charges/credits will apply on that billing cycle.
  • Downgrades take affect immediately and will provide a credit based on the time remaining in the billing cycle.

If the dashboard does not allow the change you need, contact support for assistance.
