Update or Change Your Plan
Once you are in your Billing Portal, you can update or change your subscription. (See Access your Billing Portal)
- In the billing portal, click Update Subscription.
- Select the new tier you would like to have (Small, Medium, Large) and interval (Monthly, Yearly).
- Make a payment if you are changing to a more expensive tier. If changing to a lower tier, you will be credited for the remaining balance on the higher tier.
Notes:
- Upgrades usually take effect immediately and prorated charges/credits will apply on that billing cycle.
- Downgrades take affect immediately and will provide a credit based on the time remaining in the billing cycle.
If the dashboard does not allow the change you need, contact support for assistance.
