Cancel your Subscription
Once you are in your Billing Portal, you can cancel your subscription. (See Access your Billing Portal)
- In the billing portal, click Cancel Subscription.
- Review the details of the cancellation, including the current amount paid and the end date of the billing cycle.
- Click Cancel Subscription. An optional survey will appear to get feedback on why you cancelled.
Important:
- Cancellation will be scheduled for the end of the billing period. The dashboard will show the effective date.
- If you need a pro-rated refund or special handling, contact support and include your account email and subscription ID.
Renewing a Cancelled Subscription
You can renew a cancelled subscription in your Billing Portal before it is cancelled. After it is cancelled, you must start a new subscription through your club in ChapterSuite.
- In the billing portal, click Don't cancel subscription.
- Review the details of your renewal. Your subscription will no longer be cancelled and will be renewed at the end of the billing cycle.
- Click Renew Subscription.
