Cancel your Subscription

Once you are in your Billing Portal, you can cancel your subscription. (See Access your Billing Portal)

  1. In the billing portal, click Cancel Subscription.
  2. Review the details of the cancellation, including the current amount paid and the end date of the billing cycle.
  3. Click Cancel Subscription. An optional survey will appear to get feedback on why you cancelled.

Important:

  • Cancellation will be scheduled for the end of the billing period. The dashboard will show the effective date.
  • If you need a pro-rated refund or special handling, contact support and include your account email and subscription ID.

Renewing a Cancelled Subscription

You can renew a cancelled subscription in your Billing Portal before it is cancelled. After it is cancelled, you must start a new subscription through your club in ChapterSuite.

  1. In the billing portal, click Don't cancel subscription.
  2. Review the details of your renewal. Your subscription will no longer be cancelled and will be renewed at the end of the billing cycle.
  3. Click Renew Subscription.
