Refund Policy

ChapterSuite LLC ("we", "us", or "our") is committed to customer satisfaction. Please read our refund policy below.

1. Subscription Refunds

If you are not satisfied with your ChapterSuite subscription, you may request a refund within 14 days of your initial purchase. Refunds requested after 14 days will not be granted except as required by law.

2. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact our support team at support@chaptersuite.com with from the same email associated with your account and reason for the request. We will review your request and respond as soon as possible. Please include your Club ID in your request (found in the Settings page of your club).

3. Exceptions

Refunds are not available for:

  • Payments made more than 14 days prior to request
  • Accounts that have been suspended for violating our Terms of Service

Refunds will be granted for:

  • Payments made less than 14 days prior to request
  • Accidental renewal of a subscription

If you believe you have been charged in error, please contact us immediately.

You may not abuse our refund policy. If you request a refund multiple times (e.g. you forget to cancel your club subscription for two months in a row), we reserve the right to refund one or none of the subscriptions.

Refunds are served on a case-by-case basis. ChapterSuite LLC reserves the right to approve or deny refunds for any reason except as required by law. By purchasing a ChapterSuite subscription, you agree to these terms.
